Vida Fund – Fundo de Capital de Risco Fechado will invest in companies owning hospitality real estate properties and yielding serviced apartments, namely in prime areas in Portugal, that need remodelling, refurbishing, or repositioning – in companies that offer the potential of growth through an active management.  

The companies’ portfolio will also include the development of luxury tourism and hospitality projects and prime branded residences that may be attractive to foreign capital, as well as invest in companies focused on the provision of services and management ancillary to the tourism and hospitality industry.

The Fund investments with the aim that the entire real estate portfolio is LEED certified to ensure adherence to state-of-the-art sustainability requirements.

Geographical focus on Portugal, mainly Lisbon, Porto, and the Algarve, as well as ancillary in other European cities and Latin American countries (Mexico & Costa Rica) with excellent investment & growth potential.
